This publication is filed under Windows Vista I figured I would post this here for those of you who don’t read the newsgroups.
If you have a video card which supports Aero Glass but yet it doesn’t display, make sure that the WDDM drivers are installed correctly and then perform the following:
1. Press WinKey+R on your keyboard.
2. Type “WinSAT Aurora” into the Run dialog and press OK.
3. Let WinSAT run for a few minutes or until it has completed, and then log off.
4. Log back in.
This should give you Aero Glass back
