The February CTP, originally due to be released tomorrow has been delayed to Tuesday.  This new build is virtually feature complete (NOT UI COMPLETE, so all you UI freaks quit whining).  It also has some 1500 bugs fixed over 5270 which should make things a bit more stable.  Unfortunately we will have to wait untill after the weekend but hopefully the wait will prove to be worth it .
